4 Year Old Female
Dizzy has come to us for re homing as she is no longer required for breeding, she is, as you can imagine a very nervous girl who will need patient owners who are experienced with fearful dogs. She must be re homed with at least one other similar sized resident dog who can help Dizzy understand all about life in a home and being a much loved pet.
Everyday household sights, sounds and smells are all new to Dizzy, it will take her time to settle and understand that she has nothing to fear from these noises or from her new humans. Dizzy would not cope with children so we are looking for an adult home for her, occasional visiting children would be ok provided that she has a place to go to where she feels safe whilst they visit.
Dizzy is not used to being walked on lead but her foster is working on this with her, she is improving but further work will be needed in her new home to continue to build on the progress made with her foster. Likewise with her house training, she is making good progress but a few accidents should be expected initially whilst she settles in.
Dizzy is not a “ready made pet” but once she learns to trust she will be a loyal and devoted companion. We know that ex breeding dogs take time and patience to adapt to their new lives but we also know that they deserve our care and help to give them a better life.
She has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped, had a full dental and is up to date with flea and worming treatments. Dizzy is currently being fostered in Swanley kent.
