9 Year Old Male
Gorgeous George has always been a much loved pet, sadly due to his owners illness he has come into rescue to find his forever home. He is a friendly, waggy happy chap who really is very easy going. He will it into most homes.
George has always lived with other dogs without issue and is a very friendly chap. He does need to loose some weight, so is currently on a reduced calorie diet and having lots of gentle exercise to help him build his stamina and hopefully reduce his waistline a bit. His weight loss and monitoring will be ongoing when he finds his forever home, its important for his wellbeing that he reaches and maintains a healthy weight.
He is fine with older sensible children and took no notice of the cats. George has been clean in the house except for a couple of scenting accidents which are to be expected as he is newly castrated. George loves his walks, enjoys playing with his toys and is happiest cuddled up on the sofa having his tummy rubbed. George will need new owners who are around for most of the day as he does love his humans. He is not used to being left for long periods and would struggle.
George walks well on his harness, he does pull a little but this should settle once he is used to the fact that he is going to get regular walks, he also loves chasing a ball and will happily play for ages. He travels well In the car and is clean and quiet.
He has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and has had a full dental. He is up to date with flea and worming treatment. George is currently being fostered in Godalming Surrey.
