Lucy – Miniature Schnauzer

Lucy

6 Year Old Female

Miniature Schnauzer

Lucy has come to us as she is no longer required for breeding.  She is a sweet girl who when she has settled and gained a little confidence will make a loyal and loving pet.  She would like new owners who are around for most of the day.  She will need to be re homed with at least one other similar sized confident and friendly resident dog.  This is a must for Lucy as she is not used to life in a home and will take her lead from the other dog/s.

She is fine to be re homed with older teenagers who understand she is nervous and who will allow her to settle and come to them in her own time.  Lucy is not used to walking n a lead but

Her foster is working on this with her.  We would love to hear from owners experienced with nervous dogs.  With a little time and patience Lucy will make a wonderful companion.

As she is not used to life in a home a few accidents should be expected initially, she is making progress in foster but this may take a little time for her to perfect, patient owners who understand that time and compassion are all she needs.  Lucy would prefer a quieter home without young children as they are a little scary for her.

Lucy has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, she is up to date with flea and worming treatment and has also had a full dental.  She is currently being fostered in Uckfield East Sussex.
