3 Year Old Female
Fostered in Gosport Hampshire
People – Luna adores people, she is friendly confident and happily interacts with all she meets.
Can I Live with children – As Luna has come to us as a stray with a limited history any children would need to be older teenagers.
Can I live with cats – A cat free home for this girl please and no small furries either, a typical sighthound who loves to chase.
Can I live with other dogs – Luna is currently being fostered with another male lurcher and she is fine, that said we would not home her with small fluffy dogs. She is confident enough to be homed as a single dog also.
Health – Luna had been involved in a road traffic accident prior to arriving in our care, she suffered two open wounds to her legs that required stitching and aftercare. They have healed well and she is now cleared as fit but the vets.
In the home –She settled into life in her foster home with ease, she is happy and content and loves to laze in the sun in the garden. She has been clean in the house and is not destructive.
Out and about – A typical sighthound she loves her walks but is interested in squirrels etc, further work will be needed before she can be safely let off lead. She loves her walks and is good on lead if a little strong at times.
Type of home – Luna would like new owners who know sighthounds and their needs, she likes her humans around but equally is fine to be left for short periods. A good enclosed garden where she can laze in the sun or chase a ball would be great.
Luna has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment.
Potential adopters will be expected to travel to Gosport Hampshire to meet Luna.Apply to adopt me!
