Mac and Meg
10 Year Old (Pair) Male & Female
Fostered in SE28 London
Mac and Meg came into rescue as their owner very sadly passed away. They are rather bewildered as you would expect at the moment as everything has turned upside down in their world.
People – They can both be a little shy, Meg more so than Mac, they take time to bond but once they do they are friends for life.
Can Live with children – Mac and Meg have not lived with children and are older quieter dogs so any children would need to be older teenagers who understand they can be nervous and need time to bond
Can I live with cats – Being terriers we would not advise homing Mac and Meg with cats or small furries
Can I live with other dogs – They are currently being fostered with other dogs but there is no need for any other dogs in their new home. They must stay together so prospective owners must be looking to adopt two dogs
Health – Mac is in great health and has no issues, Meg has some elevated levels on a recent blood test and will be re checked shortly. We will discuss in full any ongoing health needs for her, we are very happy to share her vet history with new owners
In the home – They are used to having access to outside but can have the odd accident, we suspect it is due to being in foster with other dogs and the change of environment
Out and about – Both dogs enjoy their walks and have lost some weight due to having regular walks.
Type of home – They will need new owners around for most of the day, they are not used to being left for long periods, an understanding of nervous dogs would be beneficial as would a general understanding of terriers. With patience Meg and Mac are lovely dogs
They have both been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, had a full dental and general blood test. Meg and Mac are up to date with flea and worming treatment
Potential adopters will be expected to travel to SE28, London to meet Meg and Mac.
We will be in touch to discuss adoption fees should your application be successful.
