Scooty – Lab Crossbreed

Scooty was re-homed by us as a pup and is now sadly coming back into rescue as she is no longer happy in her home.

Scooty is a medium sized girl, approximately 25KG, tan colour, short haired, crossbreed possibly part terrier. She is fine with cats and could be re homed with them.

She is good with other dogs and enjoys a game. It is possible that she could live with another dog following successful introductions.

She enjoys her walks but can pull on the lead, she doesn’t have good recall and is currently not let off lead unless in a secured area. Her garden will also need to be secure as she will make a bid for freedom if she finds any gaps in fencing or areas of weakness.

Scooty is clean indoors and is happy to sleep downstairs without any problems. Scooty is nervous of fireworks and gunfire, she is ok if she has human company when they are going off but will panic if she is left alone during firework season.

Scooty would like new owners who are around for most of the day and a home with older teenagers only as she is not comfortable around younger children. She has been neutered and is up to date with flea and worming treatment.

Her vaccinations have lapsed so these will be restarted prior to re homing her. She is currently in Essex and is in need of a foster.
