People – Bridie struggles hugely when meeting new people, she is nervous and snappy until she has settled and trusts, once she knows you, she craves affection and cuddles
Can I live with children – As she is reactive Bridie will need an adult home
Can I live with other dogs – Bridie adores her humans but will be best as an only dog as she doesn’t like to share, she is reactive with unknown dogs out and about and will bark and jump
Can I live with cats – A feline free home for Bridie please
Health – There are no known health issues – When she was neutered she had her nostrils done as they were quite pinched, her palate is fine
Out and about – This little lady loves being out and about, she will react in the car sometimes if she sees other dogs. On her walks she will bark and snap at unknown dogs and will need further training with her reactivity. Experienced owners with time to continue her training would be amazing
In the home – She has settled well in foster, gets on with the other dogs but can sometimes be reactive over space and toys. We think she will be best homed as a single dog. She is clean in the house and is fine to be left for short periods. She does need careful intro’s to visitors but once she knows them she is friendly and social
Type of home – Bridie needs experienced owners who know and understand reactivity due to lack of socialisation. Once bonded she is an amazing girl who loves affection and wants to be with her humans. We know its a big ask but Bridie is so worth the work, she just wants to be someone’s number one no matter what
Bridie has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment, she has also had her nostrils widened and her teeth scaled and polished
